Warranty
Warranty is effective from date of purchase and By Eileen will repair or replace- (depending on fault) any products due to manufacturing fault or defects in materials within the period. Proof of original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims.
The outcome of warranty is at discretion of By Eileen.
Our warranty does not cover damage or loss, chain breakage, general wear and tear including tarnishing, scratching and fading of plating, mishandling or neglect including stone falling off a setting. Warranty is also void if attempts of repairs are made.
Our chains are fine and delicate. They need to be cared for and avoid stretching and tugging. Such damage are not covered under our warranty- therefore please consider before purchasing.
Customer will bear all shipping and postage costs.

- Order Number and Proof of original sales receipt

- Photograph proof of fault and detail of claim
