Jewellery Bench Hire - Adelaide
Looking for a space to bring your jewellery designs to life in central Adelaide?
At By Eileen Studio, you can rent a fully equipped jewellery bench and work independently on your own projects in a professional, inspiring setting. This service is ideal for jewellers who need access to tools and equipment, are working on individual pieces or want a change of scenery from their own studio.
Our Adelaide jewellery studio features:

Dedicated jeweller’s workbench

Flex shaft and hand tools (saws, hammers, files, etc.)

Full soldering setup (butane torch, LPG torch, Little Smith torch)

Wax carving tools and soldering irons

TIG welder
This bench hire is open to experienced jewellers or those with a strong foundation in jewellery making and tool usage.

When: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm

Duration: 6 hours

Cost: $80 + GST

Booking: Please book at least 48 hours in advance (as the studio is solely run by Eileen).
What to bring:
All materials and consumables for your project (some stones, metals, and consumables are available for purchase at the studio).

A wide range of professional jewellery tools and equipment. Please contact us in advance if you require something specific.

Yes, you can certainly wear them in water; and yes you can also use your standard skincare products.
For the longevity of your jewellery we do recommend avoiding harsh chemicals such as cleaning products and alcohol based perfumes. Wash them with a soft brush and warm soapy water; and polish them with polishing cloth to keep them shiny.
It is best to remove jewellery before showering swimming, sleeping, washing your hands or applying lotion or perfume. Some of the raw gemstones can also get damaged when in contact with water.
Be careful to avoid tugging your pieces when putting them on or off.
When not in use, store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in an airtight plastic ziplock bag, box or pouch (like the one we supply with delivery) to avoid tarnishing. Store separately to prevent scratching and tangling.
